Welcome to Beth Dietzler and Maureen Cotellese, our new Consortium Leadership Community Co-Chairs!

Hello friends,

I am still feeling the bittersweet emotions of my final Consortium Leadership Community meeting, and I am so thankful to all of you who were able to join us today. The Lean Coffee Takeaway Summary PDF is now in the usual Files area of this community, and I would encourage you to check it out as we had many great conversation topics in our call.

I am so happy to introduce , Executive Director at Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium, and , Training Specialist and Support Manager at Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium, as our new Co-Chairs! Together with , Ticketing and CRM Systems Manager at Arts and Culture Trust in Perth, this will be our community leadership team moving forward! I am so excited to see this community continue to grow and develop in the future.

Additionally, for those who may not know, I will not be going far. I will start as a Product Adoption Specialist on Tessitura's Member Services team on Monday, and I look forward to potentially working with you all in that role moving forward. Who knows: maybe I will be the guy holding the sign for the Consortium Leadership Community lunch area at a future TLCC.

Along with these introductions and updates, I wanted to pose a question to the group informed by some of our conversations today. We spent a good 15-20 minutes considering that "Power Users" at consortium member organizations would likely benefit from a space like this Consortium Leadership Community, and pondered whether it might make sense in the future to invite some of those people into this community. I won't try to make any sweeping changes on my way out the door, but I will encourage you all to consider this and share your thoughts here in the comments to help guide Andrew, Beth, and Maureen moving forward.

Thank you all so much for being part of this community over the past 2.5 years. It has been a true pleasure to serve as a Co-Chair with you all.

Brian
