Hello friends,
I know this is late on my part, but I wanted to share the files I received from Adam Grigsby on the Tessitura Merchant Services team after our meeting at the end of March.
Additionally, Adam shared the following details in response to some of the questions and conversations we had during the meeting:
Our team confirmed we are ready to support consortiums, but there are a couple points that need to be considered: All members will need to agree on using Tessitura Merchant Services as we are unable to support multiple payment setups. This means all organizations would transition simultaneously to our payments platform. All members must be using TNEW as our custom website support is still several months away. I do have an update on the ‘saved card on file’ feature during the ecommerce checkout path. Our team confirmed this can be disabled so this ensures a specific card that is saved on file checking out through the Ballet would not be accessible during checkout on the Operas website (just as an example).

Since it's been a little while since the meeting, if there are any questions we still don't have answers to, please feel free to comment here so that we can track those down.
Thank you!
