Hi All,
I'm very new to my role as consortium services manager and I'm wondering what your process is for confidentiality agreements, token/user agreements etc. When setting up new users, we generally send out these forms to be signed and returned to us. However, I'm finding our forms to be a bit outdated and we have a member of our consortium who is interested in making edits. I think this makes for a great opportunity to re-evaluate and sort of start fresh. What forms do you send out, what do you do with them and do you allow for e-signed documents? If anyone can share best practices or examples that would be wonderful!
Thanks,
Ashley Dawson

Ashley Dawson Brian Parker (Past Member) I recently sent out an Access Policy document electronically to all users within the Perth Tessitura Consortium that covers data privacy, access management and PCI compliance. I used DocuSign with each copy of the policy signed by each user and then countersigned by myself. The final completed copy of each policy is stored on DocuSign's cloud storage available for each user to download. I am happy to share what was sent out if required so just let me know. Thanks!
Hi Andrew!
If you don't mind that would be awesome! I never thought to use DocuSign! That's a great idea!
