Hi All,
I'm very new to my role as consortium services manager and I'm wondering what your process is for confidentiality agreements, token/user agreements etc. When setting up new users, we generally send out these forms to be signed and returned to us. However, I'm finding our forms to be a bit outdated and we have a member of our consortium who is interested in making edits. I think this makes for a great opportunity to re-evaluate and sort of start fresh. What forms do you send out, what do you do with them and do you allow for e-signed documents? If anyone can share best practices or examples that would be wonderful!
Thanks,
Ashley Dawson

Hi Ashley! What a timely topic; I'm finding myself in a similar scenario with regard to needing to refresh some of the onboarding agreements here. For the most part, we have "passively outsourced" this to our member organizations to a degree. When employees at our organizations need to use Tessitura, there are typically forms related to the use of Tessitura at that organization (as well as the use of the "fish" or mobile tokens) as part of the onboarding process. That said, it's definitely a bit of a blind spot, and we could stand to have a more standardized approach starting at the consortium level here. Here's hoping some other members of the group can give us some helpful tips.Thank you,Brian
Glad to hear i'm not alone! I've also reached out to Tessitura staff and will be happy to share any information and tips they recommend!
