Hello friends!
Ahead of our Consortium Leadership TUG Meeting on Thursday, August 13th at 11 AM Eastern, I wanted to try something new with regard to the Lean Coffee Table that we'll be using for our call.
With our meetings scheduled for an hour, I know that we lose a bit of time to start the call when we're catching up, doing introductions, and soliciting topics for the Lean Coffee Table. I also know that inspiration strikes at different times for everyone, and so you might have topics that come to mind during the week which are lost by the time you attend these calls.
Keeping both of those thoughts in mind, I wanted to encourage everyone to visit the Lean Coffee Table link and add topics in advance of our meeting as they occur to you. We'll still solicit topics at the start of the call as well to get some fresh ideas, but we'll move into our voting process more quickly than we have been in the past few calls.
I'll add a few topics of my own to kick things off, and we'll see where the conversation takes us on Thursday.
