Good morning friends!
I wanted to reach out as a follow-up from our TUG meeting conversation last week, where Lauren Gruber asked about whether anyone had examples of Consortium Bylaws that had been put together, for the sake of reference. I know that not all of our consortia exist as their own separate 501(c)(3) or even own organizations, so bylaws might not be front-of-mind for everyone, but those of us who are might benefit from further discussion.
I'll kick things off with a share of the most recent version of our own bylaws in the comments here.

I hoped to spend our spring months making an update to these, but obviously COVID-19 had other ideas...
