Since the Consortium Leadership Community is global, we always account for the time zones where our users live and work, even if a specific meeting may not be convenient for that area. We hope that you will join us when it is convenient for you to do so.

This community typically uses Lean Coffee Table as a platform to democratize our conversations. This platform allows all attendees to submit topics for consideration by the group, and then all attendees are able to vote to surface the topics they are most interested in discussing. Please note that, if we have a small group in attendance, we may forego the structure of Lean Coffee Table in favor of sparking more organic conversations. Otherwise, we typically take the first five minutes of our meeting time to call for topic submissions and allow our attendees to vote.
