Fixing Tessitura Analytic Emails after an upgrade

Issue: You upgrade to a new version of Tessitura.  (In our case V15.1.4) and users who were receiving Daily Tessitura Analytics Reports stop receiving the report.  And you the creator of the dashboard get an error message like:

Resolution: Each user must log in to Tessitura Analytics once after the upgrade. This seems to update the changed security setting for each user's account.  Once this has been done thigs seem to work as expected.
