Hi all,
I've built a dashboard that uses a dashboard filter of Performance Date and Code, as I want to look at who is booking for a performance.
In this dashboard, is there a way to build a widget that allows me to see the Constituents who have booked for the performance I am looking at, and the total number of other performances they have attended?
I've so far built this as a Pivot, with the Rows as Constituent ID and the Values as Number of unique Performance. It is pulling the correct number of Constituents for the performance I am looking at, however, the unique number of performances only returns 1 for everyone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
Lee
Hiya Lee,
I would start by running an Attendance By Performance report for the particular event you're interested in, then save that as a list and use that list as a filter on your dashboard. If you use a performance filter in your dashboard it will only ever return data for that specific performance, which will be why it's only showing 1 performance at the mo.
If you need any pointers on using a list in Analytics let me know, don't want to teach you to suck eggs but there are a couple of things to know if you haven't done it before!
Good luck,
Tom
Hi Tom,
Thanks so much for this. I'll give this a go.
