Hi All - I usually live in SOPR - Seats & Tickets land, but I'm interested in the donations coming in with our subscription renewal.
Does anyone know how to break down # and % under $100, %101-$500, %$501-$1,000, etc? I'm filtering based on a list and a time frame. I realize this will probably be a formula in a pivot table to count these, but just not sure how?
Any advice would be appreciated!
Oooh I'm glad I got a chance to share this- I put it together for my DEV folks a little while back- please see the attached file.It looks at gifts filtered by Fund Designation ('Income Designation') (labels on funds), which we use to help aggregate 'Unrestricted' vs 'Special Events' income, etc. You could tinker with the rows as you see fit. Keep an eye on the filters of the widgets- some pull in Constituencies that might affect your numbers.

You can update the formulas once you get a feel for them. These are looking at donor counts by cumulative giving for a given year (filtered on the dashboard level), but you could adjust them to look at "number of donors who gave X, as a percentage of total donors", or something like that.
