I am creating a Dashboard for a Programs Coordinator to see how many of our major donors (Premier Level members) come to her Sunday Music and Chopin concerts.
I am using a Pivot table and have all of my rows/values/columns correct:Row - Production SeasonRow - Constituent Display NameValue - Attended CountColumn - Membership Level
I filtered my widget to only show me the Sunday Music and Chopin Production Seasons, which worked perfect.
I am stuck on the membership level aspect. For some reason, its listing everyone as (none), even the people who I know have memberships! So instead of putting the Attended Count in the correct column based on Membership level, its keeping them all in the (none) column. Once I added the Production Season filter, it also filtered down the types of Membership Levels (only 3 are listed instead of our 12, and its the 3 that I know are the member levels coming to these concerts). So the widget knows which membership levels are attached to those performances, its just not associating the attendance with them.
Why is it doing that? And how do I fix it?
Is this possibly a v16 defect?
That is weird. Just to be sure, does this not happen if you use Membership Level as a row and not a column?
Just tried it on Row and its doing the same thing.
Interesting: well, it's not a column/break specific bug then. Now what happens if you turn off the "Production Season" row? Do people sort properly into their membership levels then?
