Customer booking patterns by Price Type

Hi all,

I am still learning a lot when it comes to formulas and more advanced Analytics use, so please forgive me if there is a post or other resource on this I have previously missed!

I am trying to build something in Analytics which looks at ticket buying behaviour around 2 particular price types. I have a list of all the customer who have used either of these price types so I can filter by that.

Basically I am trying to find out whether the customers that purchased using either of 2 particular price types in the last 5 years:

  • Have booked with us before they bought using either of these price types.

and

  • Have, since booking using either of these price types, returned as a full-price customer?

I have tried amending the 'first timers' dashboards we use but I can't think how to amend so it is looking at price types and not "First Performance Date" for that constituent. 

Any ideas or guidance would be great appreciated!
