Hi, I have a pivot chart in analytics that tells me the number of holds, opens, comps, capacity etc for each performance. The issue is my 'holds' are calculating any hold; whether it's been ticketed or not. So those holds that have been ticketed (whether paid or comp'd) are being calculated twice: in holds and in comp or paid, which is then skewing opens. I'd like for holds to only calculate 'available' holds but I can't figure out how to do that in the formula. Any suggestions please?
Thank you!

Try adding seat sold status as a filter and filter to NO.
It's a great idea but because the pivot table is also pulling paid etc., it would affect those results. I was hoping there would be a formula that could identify it. We were looking at seat status but it won't accept 'available' as a qualifier.
Can you add the filter within the formula so it only affects that one value?
Oh - that sounds like a solution, how do you add a filter within a formula? (we're fairly new on Tessi, so please forgive me if this is common knowledge).
Here's the documentation on filtered values: https://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System/Content/Tessitura%20Analytics/Designing%20Dashboards/Filtered%20Values.htm and there is a webinar you may find useful as well: https://www.tessituranetwork.com/en/Items/Videos/Webinars/2019/Tessitura_Analytics_Skills?_ga=2.24382271.428746998.1700491253-267409324.1685970949. It is more intermediate Analytics and there is never a need to apologize for asking a question here!
You are amazing, that did it! Thank you so very much for sharing that. @Mary French, if that's what you meant as well thank you so much!
Yea! Glad it worked.
