We have a dashboard that we use every day that shows our sales numbers for the previous day. Recently, a new row has started appearing labeled "System Default Season" / "Zero Package". Then it shows patron names that made an exchange- not a purchase. Any ideas why this would start happening?
Did these patrons exchange everything in their package?
No. Most of them just exchanged 1 show out of their subscription package into another performance.
So this is showing up because those tickets were exchanged out of a package into a new date or new order and you probably don't have a filter on that excludes your "Exchange" mode(s) of sale. If you turn on that filter then you should be able to filter out the exchanges and continue only seeing the daily package sales (as long as those tickets are being exchanged in new orders with a new mode of sale). Otherwise you may just want to filter out "Zero Package" Packages from the widget.
I was just pivoting this a minute ago. We sell additional tickets with packages in the order and outside the package. These subscription extra tickets show up in Zero Package
