I'm trying to find a formula that will help me calculate the income due to fees in Analytics but I'm coming up dry finding anything that references fees. Currently we set up our fees as separate fees (through Ticketing Setup>>Fees) and not as an integrated line item in the Pricing grid. Is this even possible to review in Analytics with our current setup?
Fees are available in the finance cube, but I don't think they show up in the seats and ticket cube.
It depends on how you want to look at it. There's a fundamental problem with analyzing non-per ticket fees in the Seats and Tickets cube (i.e. per order fees, as we typically use), because the baseline item in that cube is the seat. You should, however, be able to find anything Fee in the Finance Cube.
Hi Emma, how are your fees calculated? If you charge a % rate or a flat fee you could create a formula to calculate what the amount would be for each ticket-- this is the approach I've taken in the past and it's worked for our institution!

Thanks folks - looks like I'm going to just try to go with reports for this one and pretty it up outside of Analytics.
When you say "Dashboard" do you mean "Widget"? You can mix and match widgets with different cubes in a single dashboard, but you can't pull from two cubes in one widget.
Also, if your merch sales reporting is simple enough, it might be possible to pull those numbers from the Finance Cube as well.
