Hello all,
I am trying to build a dashboard that counts all tickets across multiple orders for any show. We are trying to use this to combat brokers. I can confirm Analytics is only looking at accounts with orders that meet the requirements I am asking for as we have an account with 10 total tickets to a show across multiple different orders. Does anyone know what the formula would be for this to work? I've attached the .DASH file if it helps.I I've also attached screen shots so you can see the tickets in question on the account and how they do not show in the dashboard.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
Chris

HI Chris,
How are your dashboard filters set? Most revert to "Include All" because I don't have your data in my local database. The constituent isn't in "IA", ya?
This formula is only pulling accounts with 9, or more tickets, in the same order. Are you trying to build a formula that pulls accounts who have 9 or more tickets of the same production over multiple orders? We have brokers who purchase tickets in groups of 2's and 4's for the same production.
Hey Chris,
OMG! I feel SOOOOOOOO dumb right now. That solved all the issues. I was so lost in thinking it was a formula issue....and here it was...just me not paying attention to a filter and where the guest account is located. Thank you for that little reminder.
Hey Amber,
Thanks for the help on this. It was totally my not seeing that I had a filter blocking the state of IA and that account is in IA. This is what happens when my ADHD brain hyper-focuses on just one component of the whole.
