I think I had this set up for a different production season previously, but now I can't seem to figure it out. I'm trying to set up a widget with a Pulse alert for when we have a single person with 10 or more tickets to a single performance. I've tried setting it up as a bar chart and a line chart with constituent ID and ticket count, but when I add the alert it is specific to the constituent ID. This one seems like it should be pretty simple and I'm just missing something obvious. I just need to know when someone books more tickets than they are supposed to (without going through our Visitor Services manager for a group visit). Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!Anne Robichaux
Hey Anne,
Have you tried a multipass aggregation? While you can't get the individual ID out of the MPA (because its evaluating everyone), you should be able to trigger from it with a threshold of number of people booking 10+ tickets in an order (or altogether?) is > 0 More of a red alert
This is what I need to do, but I'm still wrapping my head around multipass aggregation. I have been able to follow along with it, but am still working on setting it up from scratch.
The wayback machine (i.e. 10 mth ago here) has Trouble Converting a Pivot Table Value to Indicator which could be useful if my memory serves

Thanks, Heath! I'll take a look. I'm also going to re-watch Chris's workshops.
