When I group tickets by Geo Area, all my General Public orders are showing up as None. But we do ask for Zip code in a checkout survey for on-site walk-up orders. I realize that not all will be properly formatted / entered or even entered at all (we generally enter the name of a foreign country or city rather than its postal code), but I think I'm missing a setting that makes those that have been entered correctly get pulled into my Geo Areas. My T_DEFAULTS says it is set to "Analytics Setting: the TR_SURVEY_QUESTION ID used to ask for post (zip) code on 'General Public' orders, which will then be used for analysis rather than the post code from the General Public constituent record." But is there anywhere else I need to set anything up? The number of tickets showing up in None just seems way too high to be including any that do have the survey properly filled in.

Hi Anne,
Does mapping the question in TX_ANALYTICS_DIVISION_SURVEYQUESTION resolve the issue for you?Kind regards,Pip
Ah! We added a second question back in August when we were part of a city-wide Museum Month and it somehow changed the question there to that one and booted out my zip code survey. I'll check it tomorrow, but this looks like what might have been the issue. Thank you!
I'm so glad!
Well, my widgets don't look any different. But I might have to wait for a full load.
