Hi folks,
We are looking to better track the hundreds of payment plans we have going in our Recreational Division School. Has anyone used Analytics to track this? I'd love a dashboard of all the students, their already made payments, and their payments still outstanding. I can get about half of it, but I can't figure out if there is a way, if any, to track payments that are coming. Any help or insight would be wonderful!

Hi Nicki - It sounds like we're working on the same thing! I am with you in that I can get about half of what I need. I used Analytics last year for this reason, but couldn't find a way for it to show me their entire payment plan (9 months, September through May). I could see total paid, total unpaid, and whether they were "paid, partially paid, or unpaid", but nothing more specific. As I'm working on this I'll let you know if I figure out something more specific.
