We are currently using the formula ([# of unique Package Seat Key], [Package Subscription Type]) to calculate our package count for each subscription series, but it is not including unseated packages. Some of our subscriptions will not be seated until after the renewal change requests are done which will take a few weeks. Is there a formula to calculate all package seated and not seated?

If they're paid, I'd expect them to be in there. If they're not paid, then you might need to update this system setting to include them...

Our default value Yes. My dashboard shows that we only sold 12 CYOs but as of yesterday we sold 57.
All 57 orders are paid for. Is there another formula I should try?
Probably unlikely, but any chance 45 CYOs are fully exchanged? Otherwise, I think a support ticket is your best next step.
