Has anyone created a Renewal Rate dashboard/widget for Subscription sales in Analytics? I am also need to create a new ticket buyer report as well. I am looking for ideas on how to pull this data. If anyone has any dashboards to share that would be great.

Thank for your help. We cannot solicitor because there are some renewals that have to be corrected and the solicitor is under the TO manager's name. I am looking for a formula in analytics that show patrons who had a subscription last season and this season as Renew and New subs are patrons with current season, but not last season. Unfortunately my coding skills are not great so I do not know how to code this.

Can you have a look at these threads and see if they help? They don't depend upon rollover solicitors for renewal rates.
