I'm using a dashboard for first time attendees that I got from another thread. Worked great in my last job. Here in new job, it works great in test for some reason, but I can't get it to work in live. I get this error. Is there an easy fix on this? Having two tables not connected in the ElastiCube sounds perilous.
Is your Test system on v16 and your Prod on v15? If not, then you can't use Analytics in Test without causing issues in Live. You should always do Analytics testing in your Prod system (except for the v16 upgrade). I'd put in a help ticket and ask them to rest your Prod environment.
Hi-That's a good idea to look into. Test and Prod are both on Version: 15.2.
Traditionally TNHS won't give you a second Analytics License, but perhaps you've negotiated a special deal? But perhaps it's not being supported as it normally would be? There is an exception for v16 upgrades because so much is changing.
