Parameters in SSRS reports in Analytics Widgets

Is there a way to either set a parameter for an SSRS report while it’s embedded in a widget, and have Analytics remember that value every time the dashboard gets opened?
 
Alternatively, is there a way to pass a parameter from the Report Path configuration in TR_ANALYTICS_REPORT? I’ve tried every permutation I can think of, and nothing seems to work.
 
Also, the documentation seems to indicate that it’s possible to include the full report path in TR_ANALYTICS_REPORT, and so it should be possible to provide a full path which includes parameters and have it work, but that doesn’t seem to work either.
 
Are there any options available here, other than having a separate published version of the report that defaults to the parameter value that I need in the dashboard context?
