Seat map widget questions?

HI, I'm trying to figure out if the seatmap widget could be helpful for us and what exactly it's communicating.

I've seen this page of documentation, but if anyone knows of more that I can read through, kindly link in comments!

My widget and dashboard are currently filtered to one performance date and code. 

My questions:

1. Hoping this is not some funky color issue with my monitor, but I'm seeing colors in the map that are not included in the break by/color conditions (image below). I changed some of the colors so I could more easily differentiate, but the circled colors that are shades of grey and pastels don't match any of my conditions. What are they representing? Is it trying to mix condition colors for numbers in between?
   1. Same widget, but second image below. Some seats show up as two different colors, but the values shown when hovering over them are the same. The circled yellow and lime green seats both show "order days prior to performance -5", and the light blue and medium blue circled seats both show -15 days.
      
      
2. If I wanted to look at how many tickets were sold for each seat in a production season, ignoring returns, would the best value formula be COUNT[SLI ID] , [SLI status]  filtered to ticketed, paid?
