I was hoping someone might be able to help with a small issue I'm having.
I have a widget set up that is looking for any people that have attended their first show at our venue so that I can use it to possibly send out a email asking for support or suggestions. I would like to make it so that this list automatically removes any people that already have a primary worker assigned to them.
To do this I figured I might be able to create a list that looks for anybody with that primary work and I set it so that list can be used in analytics.
My question is if I wanted to make it so that people from that list don't appear in the widget is there a specific operator that I need to use to make sure that list of constituents is excluded from the over all list?
Like if I searched by text would selecting "Doesn't Contain ,#####," make it so people on that list are excluded automatically?
I cant specifically filter out the plan workers because I'm using the Seating Cube and that's only available in the Plans Cube. Or if anyone has a different way of doing something similar any ideas are welcome.

Why not just make the List a list of all the people you are interested in? It's probably easier to identify the first time attendees with List Criteria than Analytics filters or formulas, and you can use the list exclusion options in List Manager to exclude people with Primary Managers.
Remember, of course, that list is not "live", so changes made throughout the day won't be reflected until the next evening Analytics load.
Rather than doing this in analytics, I would use extraction manager for this. Is there a reason you are doing it in analytics?
