I updated our development dashboards for FY23 and I received the updated version this morning in email, but our MD got the FY22 version this morning. I could have sworn I did the republishing button. But I've hit it again just in case. Are there any other tricks for troubleshooting this issue?
Late reply but posting it in case it's of use to anyone else. This happens to me all the time.It happens most frequently when the other person has design rights.
I now take everyone off the email list now before making any changes - I delete them completely (not just unschedule).
Then I make the required updates (fiddle around with the scaling settings as most of my reports are A3 PDF - does the fact that these save soooo inconsistently drive anyone else bonkers too?), then send a report to myself (using the send me a report now function) and if everything looks OK I re-add everyone and republish the dashboard.
It's a pain to do, but avoids issues.
I got sick of people telling me they couldn't see what I saw on my dashboard so now they get an email when I make changes but at least they get the correct version.
