So, I'm not sure if this is an appropriate question or not, so feel free to (nicely) let me know if I'm out of bounds.
I’m curious to know if anyone would be interested in providing some one-on-one (or small group) training opportunities for increasing my SQL skills as they relate to Tessitura? I’m also interested in learning more about the code behind Analytics dashboards, and learning how to write/edit formulas.
I've been given the ok to say that our organization would be willing to pay for this amazing learning opportunity.

I would highly recommend codecademy.com. It will be general SQL, not Tessitura-focused, but it is hands-on and many of the modules are free.
