Appeal is missing in Analytics

I'm looking for something I missed to explain why an appeal I'm trying to use in Analytics isn't coming up as usable. It's a simple widget, just how much has been contributed to that appeal and by whom. At first I thought is might just be because there weren't any contributions to that appeal yet, but there are 50. I thought maybe it was control grouped accidentally, nope it's Default. The records come up when I use that appeal in a list. l've made several widgets like this today with other appeals and they're working just fine.

Maybe it's because of the eclipse, or because it's a Monday, I just don't see what's wrong. I know I'm missing something obvious, but what is it?

  • Hi Jennifer,

When you say that the control group is Default, was that on the Fund, and if not, Contributions favors the Fund for control group security.

A fresh dashboard on Contributions, is the "as of" of the Contributions data source (found at the top of the dashboard) from this morning? If not, we'll open a ticket.

With no filters on this new dashboard, if you drop Appeal on Rows of a Pivot widget, do you see the missing appeal? If not, we might need a ticket to look more closely. If so, add on  a [Contribution Count] value. Does the Appeal remain visible or disappear?
