For some reason, I'm not seeing where I can remove Dashboards/Folders that have been shared with me. My predecessor shared several things that I no longer need, and it's amounting to a lot of clutter. Any advice to hide/remove/delete is appreciated! Thanks,Michael
I think you'll have to log in as that user account.
And if those accounts have been deleted, I'm assuming reaching out to Tessitura is the only way?
Yeah, I reached out to support for something similar and they were able to help. I wonder if there is some table you can update on your own without going through support?
I don't think so, I looked through every Analytics table and nothing seemed appropriate.. It's not a huge deal, but 10 unwanted folders is just driving me crazy.
It shouldn't be deleted, inactivated maybe.
Analytics is a whole separate application (Sisense) and the hookup between Tessitura users and groups and Sisense users is always going to be a little tenuous.
As we have been building "standard" dashboards for our organization, we start with them living on the account of the user building them, but then the plan is, as they solidify, to migrate them to a "tessitura analytics" account that is owned by our Information Systems department.
