Hello All! I'm trying to create a dashboard that shows subscription revenue by package/season/etc. But I want this segmented into Renewals and Acquisitions. The only way I thought this could be done was to create a list in List Manager of renewals, and another for new subscribers, and then filter my Widgets by those lists. List criteria renewals: Package Detail Package HAS "FY22 subs" Package Detail Package IS "FY23 subs"
List criteria acquisition: Package Detail Package Does NOT Have "FY22 subs" Package Detail Package IS "FY23 subs"My issue is the numbers are not adding up to the total amount, as indicated in the SCs.
Any ideas on how to accomplish this in Analytics? Or could you share what criteria you use when creating a list of acquisitions and renewals?Thanks Coffee-ers? Coffee-ple? Michael
We use order category since our box office team has to touch every renewal anyway they just add the order category as renew or new. This is something you can filter by in Analytics. I'm sure someone else much smarter knows how to do this in Analytics in another way too, though!
