Is this good data communication?

my rule of thumb is that graphs should be quickly understood within the first 5-10 seconds. This definitely doesn't pass that rule. I get what they are trying to convey, but I think there is a better way to do it. Having the wider context of the full year of revenue data for 2020 and 2021 would be helpful as well. Also "Start" ? hahaha
