I've taken the Steps Due Soon widget from the canned Worker Portfolio dashboard in Analytics and added it to each of our Portfolio Managers' personal dashboards. It's working well for some of our PMs, but others are missing steps and I can't for the life of me figure out why. Everything about the widget is the same from one dashboard to the next. I've turned off the dashboard filters. I've fiddled with the time window for incomplete steps (90 days, 180 days, This year and next). It's just not seeing the dates in the future. Again, it works just fine for some but not for others even when I drag the widget from one to the other and change the worker. I've tried recreating the widget on my own. I can find the records using a list, but they're just not coming through in Analytics.
I just know I'm missing something that's right in front of my face, but I'm just not seeing it.

HI Jenny, in case this is a factor, there's this from the known defect list:
DEV-11965 Completed plan steps with completion dates in the future were being flagged as incomplete in Analytics. This has been fixed in v16.
That's good to know but, sadly, that isn't the case here.
Sorry to hear that, Jennifer. If no one jumps in and takes a copy of your dashboard to try and help, I think the next best step is a Support ticket to get some here looking more closely in the context of your data.
Shooting in the dark...Is it one particular step type that isn't pulling through? Or maybe those steps are in a different campaign?
