Me again....I seem to recall encountering this in the past and I can't remember what the workaround was. I just created a new dashboard and widget. I'm working on my laptop and I can't seem to get to the bottom of the screen where the button to accept the input into the widget is and set it up. I've tried using Pg Down, arrow keys, minimizing, stretching. Nothing. Any ideas?
Thanks, again!
Anne
Anne M Robichaux,
I’ve run into things like this as well. I’m not clear if there is an actual solution. When I’ve run into this in the past I’ve tended to move to accessing Tessitura Analytics through a web browser, not through the Tessitura client. You can do this by loggin into Tessitura on the go. If you are on RAMP and don’t know the URL to Tessitura On the Go, a quick support ticket should get you that answer.
If you come up with a better answer please let us know.

Unfortunately, it is doing the same thing in Tessitura on the Go. I will put in a help ticket. Thanks, Tom Brown (Past Member)!
Hit the tab button.
Thank you! That did it!
Thank you!
Riffing off Janna EllisOne other idea, depending on your eye site, and willingness to tinker. You might play with the resolution your screen. Raising the resolution will make everything smaller (and harder to read) but it may allow these features to show up more naturally on the screen.
