I think my analytics brain is still on holiday, because this seems like it should be an easy one but I can't get it to work. We have an annual event coming up in January and someone has requested a report on the total number of people registered for it that also registered for at least one program in 2020 or 2021.
She's also asking about the number of people registered who have also made a donation in 2020 or 2021 -- is this possible in Analytics? I know contributions and tickets are in separate cubes so I'm thinking it might be easiest to just do an extraction.

My brain is headed to lists for both of these scenarios using the has operator. If you wanted to be able to report on other things about these folks then you could make the list available in Analytics.
