Order initiators in a widget?

Good day all,

I'm trying to include patrons who were the initiators on a subscription order in a widget that uses a list as a filter.

"Sally" is one of the 10 people in my list, so she appears in my widget - yay! But as soon as I add a package filter to the widget, Sally drops off because the package is in Helen's account and Helen is not in the list. (I can totally go into more detail as to the "why" behind using the list, etc, but it's a lot to type...)

Is there a way to include all Roles, not just owner?
