All,
I'm starting to share the Tessitura Analytics Report with others. I have a vague memory that there may be a bug that needs a workaround in this area with Tessitura 15.0.4. (And maybe other versions.)
I have shared a dashboard with another person, however, when I go to add more folks the names are not sticking.
Second, As I'm trying to share emails of reports the pivot tables are getting cut off on the right edge. (The Pivots are a bit wide, 8 or 9 columns.)
I have not done a TASK ticket yet. But if anyone knows the answer it would be appreciated.

Hi Tom. Are these folks ones who have not logged into analytics yet. They should have if their email address is appearing. I'm on 15.0.2 and I can add anyone who is an analytics user. There is an issue that I know about adding folks into alerts.
I've gone ahead and opened a (shall I call this a TASK ticket? now that Support Tickets have moved?) . Hope to hear more from the support team.
I know...do I have to change all my Gmail labels now? And to what, "Hello"?
Looks like the new platform is a product called TeamSupport.
I'm still having difficulties. Is anyone actively sharing Tessitura Analytics Reports from one person to another in your organization? Are you able to send reports? This is also causing problems for us right now.
Hi Tom,
You mean Share with users and email report on a schedule?
We've done that. Mainly for a lark and to test at this stage but it works
We can only share reports with users who have accessed Analytics. The users who have a Tessitura account but haven't accessed Analytics will not show up in the search field.
Also, the email notification comes from sisense-admin@sisense.com and it used to be blocked by our firewall so users didn't know that a report has been shared with them until the next time they logged in and could see it in their dashboard list.

The challenge is that we added a person. Then went back and tried to add more folks from list of folks who I know actually have opened up Analytics. And the selection of new folks does not stick. I click on the republish button and nothing seems to happen. I eventually get out of the screen to republish with additional recipients and go back into the screen and the folks who I was trying to add are not on the list of folks who can see the reports. (Very Frustrating.)
Amy Bregan I too have noticed the possibility of adding groups. This could be very useful. However, my problem is that when I try to add groups or individuals to an already published dashboard, They don’t stick. I go back to the screen and the groups of individuals that I’ve added are no longer there. So take Heath’s example above go back to that screen and try to add a third name or a group. At that point the attempt to add the new folks fails to work.
