All,
I'm starting to share the Tessitura Analytics Report with others. I have a vague memory that there may be a bug that needs a workaround in this area with Tessitura 15.0.4. (And maybe other versions.)
I have shared a dashboard with another person, however, when I go to add more folks the names are not sticking.
Second, As I'm trying to share emails of reports the pivot tables are getting cut off on the right edge. (The Pivots are a bit wide, 8 or 9 columns.)
I have not done a TASK ticket yet. But if anyone knows the answer it would be appreciated.

Update from Tessitura Network <4TY48X0IL7JX-jpg_2D00_70x70x2-jpg> Thanos Gkofas Hi Tom, We can only share reports with users who have accessed Analytics. The users who have a Tessitura account but haven't accessed Analytics will not show up in the search field. Also, the email notification comes from sisense-admin@sisense.com and it used to be blocked by our firewall so users didn't know that a report has been shared with them until the next time they logged in and could see it in their dashboard list. Amy Bregan I too have noticed the possibility of adding groups. This could be very useful. However, my problem is that when I try to add groups or individuals to an already published dashboard, They don’t stick. I go back to the screen and the groups of individuals that I’ve added are no longer there. So take Heath’s example above go back to that screen and try to add a third name or a group. At that point the attempt to add the new folks fails to work.
We are having the same issues with sharing reports. I am currently only able to share to a group. It's on my list of things I plan to figure out at TLCC. Keep us posted on what you find out and I'll do the same.
One thing I was told is, not only do the users have to login, but they have to have a shared user group to be able to share with each other. What I did was created an analytics user group and assigned that to every user. Once they login with that group, they should become visible to anyone else who has logged in using that group....or at least that is what I was led to believe.
Hi! I was experiencing a similar issue when I was configuring Analytics for Orchestra Iowa (not sure why my tag say Fisher Center...?). I submitted a TASK ticket and was directed to create an "Analytics" user group (as Christopher mentioned) and assign all users to it. They don't need to login with the Analytics UG, they just have to be assigned it in Security. I think it works though I haven't had time to extensively test it! I was planning on going to the Lab at TLCC to make sure I set it up correctly.
(Ha, that's a bug on the site, where your replies display the wrong org, but once you submit it published your correct affiliation. I've reported it before, might try reporting again.)
(Thanks, Amanda! Good to know!)
