Lists In Analytics

Hi everyone,

I have a followup question to the discussion about lists in Analytics. Is there any sort of setup that needs to be done in order to access lists? I'm almost certain I'm putting the filter and criteria in correctly, the list I want is marked for analytics and has been for several days, but am still struggling.

  • Hi Beth,

    Three elements play into a list being available in Analytics for filtering:

    1. T_DEFAULTS setting for List Generated Months Back, default is 6. What is yours set to?
    2. Lists are set to inactive will not be included in Analytics no matter how recently they were generated.
    3. Lists must have their "Analytics" checkbox checked to be included.
    4. Loads have to run successfully, which should be a given, but what's the "as of" date on your data source in your dashboard header?

  • Chris is definitely the expert.  I would add that  my lists did not work until a full load of data was done, which only happens once a week for us and on the weekend.  Once the full reload was done, my list filters began to work!
