Madeline Dummerth (Past Member) Christopher Cuhel Hey folks - it was great e-meeting you both today! I wanted to touch base, since we're all interested in using Tessitura data in Prospect2.Currently, we've got custom views that help us feed dynamic information into our pre-performance emails and our development folks are working on a a rolling series of emails based on membership expiration dates. On the web side, we're doing Abandoned Cart emails using site tracking and we're starting to create some more event-based messaging from here.
I'm curious - is there anything in particular that you guys have discovered you like using in P2? Or anything you'd like to see used?
We had to use the custom view for our pre-perfs because we wanted to integrate variable data about restaurant reservations - but we also use the x-days-before to send a "sneak peek" email to everyone a week out.She might've spoken to someone on the team about P2 - but abandoned carts / web tracking is my specialty, so I'm happy to show you guys what we did, basically a combination of Google Tag Manager listening and site tracking (soon to be replaced by GTM / Google Scripts / the actual Event tag).I'm interested in hearing more about your Typeform integration! We haven't used many third-party integrations, but it sounds like it's been pretty helpful to y'all?
Oh, very nice!
Thanks Laura. We left L2 a couple of years ago when Mail2 stopped working for us and switched to Wordfly. I've been very interested in Prospect2 though so we can integrate out marketing automations.
I set up Abandoned cart and Pre/Postshow emails. I'd love to set up Automated dev acknowledgements but the Dev Team are resistant to anything not hands on. Text2Give has come up a few times and I'd be keen on looking at that.
We've had the same reaction to dev acknowledgements - which, I get it, it feels scary to hand over something like that to a machine! That being said, I'm aiming to move more and more of these automatic recurring actions into automations. I think the key thing is to keep your data clean and to define your logic clearly!
