Chris,

Any idea how to shift the .dash file from your elastic cubes to my elastic cube?  I'm getting the following error on import.

I remember that when I asked about this there was something I might need to do to get this working.  Don't yet know what this is...

I know this one.

In the top of the dashboard, next to the title, you should see a drop down menu. I can't remember what it says after import. However, this is the field you click to change your data set. 

Oh I found it you have to go to the top in the center and change the Elastic Cube.  Once I did this everything worked great.

This is great.  30 seconds to share a report across organizations... 

Sweet! Thanks for the info - now if only I could figure out how to get to my computer to pull the file into Citrix (on my Mac at home) Workspace so I can import and play now instead of waiting until Monday! 

I did this from my Macintosh at home.  I used the Analytics Link now available in 15.x "Tessitura on the Go" to launch Tessitua Analytics.  No Citrix Needed. 

I'm on RAMP the URL was https://XXXXdata.tessituranetworkramp.com/tessituraweb where XXXX is your org 4 Character unique code.  You then have to log in.

If you are Local Citrix you will have to work with your IT team to either let you move files through Citrix OR expose Tessitura on the Go to a network you can connect to from home.

I'm running into Freese problems with the seat map.  I click on a seat dot and things freeze up.  Now I am on RAMP.  

Christopher Cuhel do you know how to add a legend to the scatter plot.  I'm having problems understanding your heat map.  What does each of the dots represent?  I'm going to guess a seat location.  (Almost all of my shows are GA here at the Museum so I'm getting a big old square.) And the color is ________?  What is high and low value?  (Is Green Good and Red Bad?)

Yeah, me too.  But having analytics in Tess on the Go is likely to make it one of my go-to approaches form executives now that Analytics is available.

You can change this once you click the pencil for that widget. In the upper right of the widget once open, you'll see Filters and Design. Click design and then toggle on Legend. You can also then turn on the x and y axis as well as value labels. I got rid of those items as was suggested.

Yep that worked I now see a legend.  However, the visual story could be even clearer.  The legend shows only 1 item, and the gradation of colors are not clarified by the legend.  All that we can guess is that each dot is somehow "Sold Count".

I recommended to Chris that he turn off the legend for really that reason. The scatter plot legend only shows what's in the "break by / color" area for the widget. When using a dimensional field there (rather than a value), the legend shows all the members of that field. Here I have a scatter chart broken by Season Type:

When we use a value, the legend still just looks at the distinct values and rather than trying to render a legend for all the values, just shows what the value is called. It would be great if we could get it to show the buckets from the conditional color coding, but that's a bit beyond what we can do. However, there is this approach:

On every widget, you can add your own description. Click on the (i) and add your text. Shift+Enter will give you a new line.
