analytic Coffee lovers! We are going to conduct a special analytic Coffee Event about Contact Points, Contact Point Purposes, Interests, the older Mail, Phone, Emarketing Indications. All are welcome.
We will meet for a Lean Coffee Style Online discussion on Thursday 1/23/2020 @ 11:00am EST to discuss these topics.
During our discussion, we will pick the specific topic we need to discuss and how long we continue on a particular topic using Lean Coffee rules. The Agenda for this conversation will be set by the folks who attend. We have already set our lean coffee Table web site for this meeting. During the conversation, we will be taking notes as part of our proceedings. Proceedings are typically published a few hours after the event.
We are using Google Meet to connect this session. The link is https://meet.google.com/img-gtyd-pzf.
Please try to join from a computer, mobile phone, or tablet with a camera so that we can share screens and see one another. This makes the experience better for everyone. This will be unlike a typical webinar. You are invited to actively participate in the conversation throughout the event.
The meet.google.com link will include a full list of phone numbers for all supported countries.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any challenges you might be having in connecting to our conversations. Or check out this discussion https://community.tessituranetwork.com/topical_groups/analytics-coffee/f/discussions/22402/connecting-to-analytic-coffee
Would it be possible to record and then share this discussion? Sounds like it will be a good one.
Chris ReidChris Reid,
i also thought briefly about making a recording. There are several reasons that this particular session will not be recorded. One philosophical, one technical/logistical.
analytic Coffee is designed as a conversation among participants. and we have not been recording these conversations. This has been done so that folks can speak more freely. We do however take notes which sometime can be extensive. I will encourage participants to take notes for today’s session.
Second I don’t believe that the google hangout meet tool we use, has that capability. We have considered moving to Zoom.us which provides both the community features we are looking for as well as recording capabilities. But, I have not personally invested in getting a subscription. If we find that we are doing a bunch more of these ”special topic” sessions, I will consider investing in Zoom.us and asking participants if they mind if we record future sessions.
So I regret, a little bit, that we do not have this capability to record today’s session.
Thanks, for asking. And we will think about this for future special topic sessions.
