If you are doing print-at-home ticketing, do you charge:
1) the same service charges as HABO or mail orders because customer service is all about having choices?
2) less because the person is printing their own tickets and saving you time and resources?
3) more because you have to offset the cost of the new technology?
Please do not tell me specific amounts charged--we're not supposed to talk about that here. I just want to know what the standard practice is.
Thanks,
Liz
Liz,
At the Science Museum all online orders are PAH. We charge the same reservation fees, to non-members, to purchase online or by phone. There is no reservation fee if tickets are purchased at the Box Office. Members are charged a nominal fee for online-PAH, but no fee fro phone reservations.
