Ticket Limits on Web for Group Sales

Our Education department would like to sell school events on our web-site (we use TNew). 

We have a fourteen ticket limit set up in our defaults.  Schools, and other groups, usually purchase more than this number.  Is there a way of setting up a different limit for these performances?

    Hi Margaret,

    The ticket quantity drop-down on TNEW is universal throughout the site, although In our latest release (v4) the drop-down will only go up to the number of seats that are available in that price zone. You could increase that drop-down value and use one of the TNEW content areas on the other pages to suggest that customers call to receive their group discounts for 14+ tickets. We might also be able to explore special messaging with a TNEW customization.

    Feel free to post this question in the TN Express Web User Group to see if other TNEW users have come up with creative solutions or submit a TASK ticket to explore consulting options.

    I suspected as much about the universality of the ticket quantity drop-down.  I will submit a TASK ticket to explore.
