We are at version 11.0 and trying to implement SYOS. For our fixed seat packages we can not make the Wheel Chair Hold Codes Breakable. The hold codes are breakable at the individual event level but package does not allow the hold codes to be broken.My guess it is something with the composite seat map.
Does anyone else have this problem if so what was your solution.

We ran into the same problem. The GetSeats response doesn't include a hc_no if a package is sent in the request. Because of this, we can't display wheelchair seats on our composite SYOS seat map.
I sent a request to the Network on the above.
As a workaround, we encourage patrons to enter special needs into a comment box in the cart.
