Tnew Event Listing Order

Hello,   I am building Education events in TNEW and for our Camp Sessions have 4 levels so I have created 4 events.  Camp 6-7 yr, Camp 8-9 yr, Camp 11-12 yr, 13-14 yr.   When you look in TNEW the order isn't always in order.  Example is Camp 8-9 yr, Camp 11-12 yr, Camp 13-14 yr, Camp 6-7 yr.   Education Department would like it in order.  How does TNEW or Tessitura in general determine the listing order Alpha, numeric?!? Any advice on how I could change the names to list in the order they would prefer?

  • Hi Sandra, If you are talking about an auxiliary or auxiliary package listing page in TNEW, the general rule of thumb is that events or packages will be grouped by season and then ordered by the performance date and time.
