Website Redevelopment/Redesign

The Celebrity Series is looking to do some redevelopment/redesign of our current website.  We do not have any in-house web designers so we are interested in hearing from any other organizations that have recently used an outside firm to redo their websites.  What web developers/designers have other organizations used that have experience working with Tess?
