MOS - Delivery Methods

Hi,

We are preparing to go live with Subscriptions online through TNEW for the first time. It's all going along well, except for one thing - in Subscriptions MOS we have several delivery options which are intended for internal use only (ie. HOLD SUB, for subscriptions that look problematic and need further attention).  Is there a way in TNEW to limit the delivery options that online buyers see?  Or do we have to create a new MOS for online Subs?

    There's a TNEW specific group that you might want to post to as they have that specific TNEW knowledge!
