SYOS, Print at home, etc.

We're in the process of benchmarking for a major website overhaul.  Part of that is estimating the ROI for some of the development. 

Can anyone share with me what they saw in terms of an online sales increase after launching a Select Your Own Seat?  Print at home ticketing? Online merchandise store?  Patron Center for managing their own account and suggested selling? 

Any and all feedback is much appreciated.

    As for SYOS, it's next to impossible to get hard numbers on that from season to season with a variable season like ours.  That being said, we are guestimating, very conservatively, that implementing SYOS lead to an uptick in web orders of 10% over the first three months.  We believe that the majority of that is phone folks moving onto the web. 

    However, given the convienence of SYOS, we are confident that it will continue to positivly effect both the move to web purchases and new purchases.
