We are new to Tessitura and are trying to use it to take "reservations" on-line. I have a special buyer type and it is set up for the WEB MOS. The problem is, we need to limit the shipping method to Will Call. Right now WEB MOS shipping is either Will Call or Regular Mail. How can we suppress the Regular Mail shipping method for this performance?

Unfortunately shipping method is "all or none" when it comes to orders through one mode of sale.
You can, however, do a MOS change online to a MOS that isn't connected to that particular delivery method in the system table TX_MOS_SHIP_METHOD. That new MOS is set up like your regular Web MOS to work with the same price types and allocation maps but only is activated through a promotion code. (the promotion code can just be linked to your base price type, not necessarily an actual special offer)
