We're about to implement PAHT and I was hoping to get some examples of what your ticket email template says -- not the actual ticket design but the email that accompanies the ticket pdfs. From what I understand, the fields for inclusion are Order Date, Order Number and Customer Number. Has anyone managed to include any other information? Or come up with an elegant copy solution using these parameters?

The content from 'Collect from Venue...' to '...Tickets & Information Desk on (03) 8663 5283' is generated only when ticket products are in the cart. If there is a contribution in the cart, there is special content just for that.
